Inviting team members.
Fetcher workspaces support multiple team members. Everyone on your team can see and manage requests from the same shared workspace — no duplicate data, no siloed inboxes.
Inviting a new member
- 1Open Team settingsNavigate to
/dashboard/?v=team. - 2Click Invite MemberEnter your colleague's email address in the invitation field.
- 3Assign a roleChoose from Admin, Member, or Viewer. See Roles and permissions for a full explanation of what each role can do.
- 4Send the invitationClick Send Invite. Your colleague receives an email with a link to accept the invitation and set their password.
Accepting the invitation
Your colleague receives the invitation email from Fetcher. Clicking the link in the email opens a page where they set a password and confirm their name. After confirming, they land directly in your shared workspace — no separate account creation flow.
Pending invitations
Invitations that haven't been accepted yet show as Pending in your team list. You can resend or revoke a pending invitation at any time.
Team size limits
The number of team members you can invite depends on your plan. Check /dashboard/?v=billing to see your current team limit and upgrade options.
Invite before you need themSet up team members before you start sending requests. That way you can assign requests from the start rather than reassigning them later.
