Custom logo & brand colors.

Your logo and brand color appear on every client-facing touch point: the invitation email header, the upload portal, and the completion confirmation. Getting this right makes your requests look like they came directly from your firm — not from a third-party platform your clients don't recognize.

Uploading your logo

Go to /dashboard/?v=account and find the Branding section. Click Upload Logo and select your logo file. Supported formats are PNG, JPG, and SVG. For best results:

  • Use a version of your logo on a transparent background (PNG with transparency)
  • Minimum recommended width: 300 pixels
  • Maximum file size: 2 MB
  • Horizontal logos work best — tall or square logos may appear small on the portal header

After uploading, a live preview shows exactly how the logo appears on the client portal. Click Save to publish.

Setting your brand color

Enter a hex color code or use the color picker to choose your primary brand color. This color is used for the main action button on the client portal and for accent elements in emails. Choose a color that has enough contrast against white — very light colors won't show up well on buttons.

Preview before saving

A live preview refreshes every time you change the color or logo. Check it in both the email preview and the portal preview tabs before clicking Save. The preview shows a mock client email and a mock upload portal page so you can see exactly how it will look.

Removing branding

To remove your logo, click the trash icon next to the uploaded logo. The portal will revert to displaying your workspace name as text until you upload a new logo. Removing the brand color resets to Fetcher's default color scheme.
