Notification preferences.

Fetcher can notify you when clients upload documents, open their links, or complete requests. Here is how to configure what you receive and how often.

Notification types

• Upload notifications — sent every time a client uploads a file to any request assigned to you (or any request, if you're an Admin with no assignment filters)
• Completion notifications — sent when a client uploads all required items and their request is marked complete
• Link open notifications — sent when a client opens their upload link for the first time. Useful for confirming the invitation was received
• Inactivity alerts — sent if a client hasn't uploaded anything after a set number of days. Good for spotting stalled requests before you've used all your reminder steps

Delivery methods

Each notification type can be set to:

• Instant email — an email is sent each time the event occurs
• Daily digest — all events from the day are bundled into a single email sent each morning
• In-app only — notifications appear in the Fetcher dashboard but no email is sent
• Off — the notification type is disabled entirely

Configure these at /dashboard/?v=account under the Notifications section. Settings apply per team member — each person on your team can have different preferences.
