Supported file types.
Fetcher accepts a wide range of file formats so your clients can upload documents without converting or reformatting anything.

File size limits
The maximum file size per upload is 50 MB. If a client needs to submit something larger — for example, a high-resolution engineering drawing or a very long video — ask them to compress it or split it into smaller files before uploading.
Number of files per item
By default, clients can upload up to 10 files per document item. This is useful when a single item requires multiple pages or attachments (such as a multi-page bank statement scanned into separate images).
Files Fetcher does not accept
For security reasons, Fetcher does not accept executable files (.exe, .sh, .bat, .app), script files (.js, .php, .py), or compressed archives (.zip, .tar.gz, .rar). If a client tries to upload a blocked type, they see a clear error message explaining what formats are allowed.
