Managing payment methods.
You can add, update, or remove payment methods from your Billing tab at any time.
Adding a payment method
Go to /dashboard/?v=billing and click Add Payment Method. Enter your card details in the secure payment form. Fetcher uses Stripe for all payment processing — your card number is never stored on Fetcher's servers.
Changing your default card
If you have multiple cards on file, one is designated as the default. The default card is charged at renewal. To change the default, click Set as Default beside the card you want to use going forward.
Removing a card
Click Remove beside any saved payment method. You cannot remove the default card if it's the only one on file and you have an active paid subscription. Add a new card first, set it as the default, then remove the old one.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Fetcher sends an email to the account owner with a link to update the payment method. Fetcher retries the charge automatically after 3 days. If the charge fails a second time after 7 days, your account is moved to the free tier and you receive another notification. No data is deleted during this process.
