Cancelling your subscription.

You can cancel your Fetcher subscription at any time — no call required, no lengthy process.

How to cancel

Go to /dashboard/?v=billing and click Cancel Subscription. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current billing period.

What happens after you cancel

Your account stays on the paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for. At the renewal date, your account drops to the free tier automatically. You keep access to all your data — requests, templates, uploaded files, and reports — on the free tier indefinitely. You can resume a paid subscription at any time from the Billing tab.

Immediate cancellation

If you need to cancel effective immediately (rather than at period end), contact support@getfetcher.app. We can process an immediate cancellation and issue a prorated refund for the unused portion of your billing period.

If you're planning to delete your account

Cancel your subscription first and let the billing period end. Then request account deletion separately. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription — you could continue to be billed if you delete without cancelling first.

Your data is safeCancelling does not delete any of your requests, files, or templates. Everything remains accessible on the free tier after your paid period ends.
